We only ship orders to destinations within Australia. Shipping and handling is based on order value.

Freight charges may apply for heavy and/or bulky items. Some bulk quantity purchases are excluded from free delivery. In addition to our standard returns policy, where the customer wishes to return the product, the refunded amount will match the price paid at the time of purchase excluding any additional returns shipping costs.
The following table lists the standard shipping cost for each order value price bracket. Prices quoted are excluding GST.

RETURNS
Returns will be accepted only if the item is significantly different from the description in the listing. Additionally if there is a fault we have overlooked and was not mentioned in the listing description. Returns will not be offered for change of mind or if the item does not fit. However, please contact us to work out a solution as we are friendly, cooperative and always happy to find the best solution for you.
